Have you walked into a shopping center with the promise of buying one thing, then coming out insteaard with everything else but that one thing. Or to swear to yourself that you'd wait till your contract runs out before upgrading to an iphone, and than made heaps of excuses for yourself??

SOmetimes people need food, water, love, a safe place, education, money, or shelter-
but, sometimes, people just need to go shopping.
So what is it that is so saitisfying about blowing 200 dollars, on something or don't even need? FACT Shopping centers are actually designed to confuse people.

But it's not that true happiness feeling that you get, when you come home with a new dress. It's a happywink. here's my challange for you brave people, go 3 weeks without buying anything execpt food.

DOES IT SCARE ANYONE ELSE??

Isn't it freaky to think that one day you will get old and wrinkly?? What will we do,
where will I be if I can't drive my own car? You know what's an even weirder thought, Imagine this: meeting yourself in the now from every year of your life! But I guess the older we are the wiser we get, so by then maybe I'll learn not to be afraid.
In the meantime, one thing I've learnt, never ask someone 'how old are you', insteard say 'how young are you?' ;D

Running
It seems a new phenoniem these days in my friendship group.
"Till, what r u doing saturday, do you want to go for a run?"
Don't they get it, I nearlly pass out after 500 meters. I have a theory, my body just isn't made for that kind of stuff. Sweat doesn't suit me.
And, I'd have better things to course, like really important stuff
(eating, deleting my junk email, more eating, learning how to spell)

But theress only so much chocolate that you can eat before your easter stash runs out (I know, sad times)
And now all of my chocolate has run out, I have no escuse not to start traning for a four Km run that tthey somehow convinced me to do.

my stamina seems to have gone down to almost zero. But now, I've been doing this for km run round the river. You gotta admit, the Yarra is beautiful, but why, oh why, is exercising so hard.
I swear all that I've just sweated could overflow the river if it got to it before been dried out by he hot morning sun.

I found myself almost dry reaching after it the first time, and it took me 30 minutes. After yesterdays run I was afraid that the run had melted my energy into the ground, My friend tried to get me up, but I literally couldn't move.

They want to train me for 10 ks now(PLEASE HIDE ME)
